The Client Experience

Make your first impression count.

We live in a visual world and high quality imagery plays a crucial role in supporting a brand. When hiring a photographer it's important to be confident in their work and get true value from the images they provide. Each photograph needs to engage your target audience, evoke a sense of emotion, and represent your brand in the best possible light.

Refocus your brand through the lens of Caroline Martin Photography.

Results I help you achieve.

The high caliber photography I provide fits within any type of marketing material, from websites and online galleries to brochures and billboards. I shoot the types of images you need, no matter how you plan to use them.

With over a decade of experience photographing people and places, I can visualize solutions and also find ways to help your visions come to life. I will partner with you throughout the project to conceptualize our best approach.

I believe in producing photography with a “wow factor". My clients come away with outstanding images that truly represent their brand and help them stand out to their clients. Expect bold and beautiful photography that captivates your audience.

A little about my process.

I work closely with you from the initial planning stages to the final product. I always make sure that you receive exactly what you are looking for in your photography package. I shoot from your written brief or shot list to clearly capture the message you want to convey about your product, service, or destination.

I know each company has different marketing objectives, so I work with you to develop a clear plan in order to implement your ideas effectively. Communication is my top priority and I always want you know what to expect, every step of the way.

During your project, I will work as closely with you as you'd like. I've worked on projects in the past where I've collaborated directly with other creative teams, but have also had projects where clients would rather let me be in full control. That is totally up to you and your style.

There are no cutting corners when it comes to capturing the perfect shot. I work from sun up to sun down if needed, to ensure the perfect light for indoor and outdoor settings. I am also well equipped with professional lighting equipment.

I have a preferred vendor list of professional models and stylists for all marketing photography shoots. Sometimes clients like to hand-select these vendors, but if you'd rather not worry about that part, I've got you covered. I can work with just one assistant or with an entire crew, depending on the size of your project.

After the photoshoot, the project is far from over. I understand a client's need for timely delivery, so I send a downloadable web gallery of low-resolution JPEG proofs after each day of the shoot. Clients can then select the best shots and I will process the final high-resolution images and deliver them to you within 7 days. I can provide these files to through a downloadable link, CD or USB drive, your choice!
